Refund Policy

Short version: 14 days, no questions asked.

If CUEPRINT doesn't fit your workflow, doesn't run on your rig, or you simply changed your mind, reply to your receipt email within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method — allow a few business days for it to appear.

Before you go

If the problem is technical — import fails, wrong columns, version mismatch — we'd love the chance to fix it first; most issues in the troubleshooting guide resolve in minutes. But that's an offer, not a condition of the refund.

Bought Lite and want Pro? Email us — we'll refund Lite against a Pro purchase or send an upgrade discount code, whichever is simpler for you.
