Refund Policy

Short version: 14 days, no questions asked.

If CUEPRINT doesn't fit your workflow, doesn't run on your rig, or you simply changed your mind, reply to your receipt email (or write to support@example.com) within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method — allow a few business days for it to appear.

Before you go

If the problem is technical — import fails, wrong columns, version mismatch — we'd love the chance to fix it first; most issues in the troubleshooting guide resolve in minutes. But that's an offer, not a condition of the refund.

Bought Lite and want Pro? Email us — we'll refund Lite against a Pro purchase or send an upgrade discount code, whichever is simpler for you.
